Terms of service

All rides are subject to our terms of service.

Last updated: 23 June 2026

Identity of the service provider

These terms apply to all rides and bookings made via sfsneltaxi-030.nl and with SFSnel Taxi 030 in Utrecht. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: registration in progress.

Bookings and confirmation

A booking is made once you request a ride via the website or by phone and we confirm it, usually by email. Always check the pick-up time, address and your contact details on the confirmation.

Price

We offer fixed prices in advance based on distance and service. The price shown on your confirmation is what you pay — unless you change the pick-up or drop-off address during the ride or extra waiting time falls outside our standard policy. All prices include Dutch VAT.

Cancellation and no-show

You can cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before pick-up. After that, we may charge a fee equal to the costs already incurred. In case of no-show (the driver waits 15 minutes at the pick-up location and you do not appear), the full fare is charged.

Payment

We accept cash payment in the car. Once activated, you can also pay online by iDEAL or credit card via a secure payment page. For business rides an invoice can be issued on request.

Waiting time and luggage

For airport transfers we wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time at no extra charge; after that our standard waiting rate applies. Standard luggage per passenger is included; please mention special luggage (bicycle, pram, skis) when booking.

Liability

We carry out our rides with all due care. Our liability is limited to direct damage and capped at the amount paid out by our insurer. We are not liable for consequential damages, missed flights or delays caused by force majeure such as traffic jams, weather conditions or accidents.

Complaints

Have a complaint about a ride? Email info@sfsneltaxi-030.nl within 14 days of the ride. We aim to give you a substantive reply within 5 working days.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland.
