SFSnel Taxi 030 is responsible for the processing of your personal data via this website and when carrying out your ride. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: registration in progress.

We only collect the data we need to handle your booking: • Name, phone number and email address • Pick-up and drop-off address, date and time • Number of passengers and any notes • Flight number if you provide one (for airport transfers) • Optionally, your email address for your customer account so you can review past bookings

We process your data on the following legal grounds: • Performance of the contract — to prepare and carry out your ride • Legal obligations — for bookkeeping and tax purposes • Legitimate interest — for customer contact, quality control and service improvement

We keep booking data for up to 7 years to comply with Dutch tax-retention law. You can ask us to delete an inactive customer account at any time; we also delete accounts automatically after 2 years without bookings.

We share your data only with service providers needed to operate the website and bookings: • Our hosting and database provider • Our email provider for booking confirmations and login links • Our map and routing providers for displaying the map and calculating the ride We have data-processing agreements in place with these parties. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where this happens we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard your data.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, to object to processing, and to data portability. Email info@sfsneltaxi-030.nl to exercise any of these rights. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and passwords are never stored in readable form.
